Helping Client Hospitals Communicate to Patients, Visitors

Hospitals with a Tigr Patient Engagement and Education System have an easy tool to create awareness and share facts about COVID-19 with patients, family, and visitors.

The TeleHealth Services Client Outcomes Team recently created a message campaign that features CDC recommendations on COVID-19 for hospitals to use on their Tigr System clearly explaining:

  • What the coronavirus is
  • What the symptoms are
  • How it is transmitted
  • How to prevent getting it
  • Best practices

The availability of this free video was communicated to TeleHealth Services healthcare clients.  Many hospitals across the country are already showing the video in patient rooms and in common areas for visitors and staff.
