George Fleming
President and CEO
Telerent Leasing Corporation
Mr. Fleming has 25 years experience in the healthcare industry, serving as general manager of TeleHealth Services and of Telerent of Canada for six years before becoming CEO of Telerent in 2000. He was also V.P. of sales and marketing at Isotechnologies, a leader in orthopedic testing and rehabilitation equipment Mr. Fleming has led TeleHealth’s corporate leadership team through highly successful initiatives in customer excellence, product innovation, financial services, and corporate acquisitions.
Experience includes Healthcare Division General Manager at the Aviation Group; Executive Director of the N.C. Governmental Evaluation Commission; and Economic Analyst at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (Washington, D.C.). Mr. Fleming holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill; a Masters of Public Administration from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University; and a Bachelor’s degree from Millsaps College. Civic engagements include the University of North Carolina Center for Public Television Board of Trustees; the Princeton Alumni Schools Committee Interview Panel; and The 50 Group.
Dan Nathan
Vice President and General Manager

Dan Nathan, Vice President and General Manager of the TeleHealth Services division of Telerent Leasing Corporation, offers a unique blend of operations, sales and marketing experience, as well as market knowledge, from 20 years of experience in the U.S. hospital market. In his current position, he contributes to the TeleHealth’s corporate leadership team by overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of TeleHealth Services.
Mr. Nathan joined Telerent in June 1996 as Vice President, Operations for the TeleHealth division to manage the contract assets acquired from Granada North America, Inc. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Nathan consistently outperformed earnings projections and the acquisition team’s initial expectations.
Prior to his employment with Telerent, Mr. Nathan spent thirteen years with Wells National Services Corp. and Granada North America, Inc., both leading integrators of healthcare televisions and related products and services. During his eight years at Granada, Mr. Nathan held positions including Sales, National Accounts Manager and most recently Area Operations Manager, focusing on Granada’s portfolio of hospital contract business in its Southern Region. Prior to Granada, Mr. Nathan spent five years with Wells National Services Corp. holding positions in Operations, Sales and Sales Management. Mr. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
Wally Carnrite
Executive VP of Sales and Marketing

Wally Carnrite is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TeleHealth Services and is responsible for driving TeleHealth’s growth and profitability. He brings a wealth of healthcare technology and hospital perspective from more than 35 years of experience in the U.S. hospital market. In this role, Carnrite delivers a consistent, integrated and responsive customer experience through a unified sales and services organization.
Carnrite joined TeleHealth in 1996 and has brought innovative thinking and strong leadership to his role. During his three decades in healthcare IT, Carnrite has performed a wide variety of roles from installer to executive. Immediately prior to joining TeleHealth, he was a regional VP of sales for two innovative, privately-owned healthcare telecommunications companies focused on hospital and managed care facilities.
His role in these companies encompassed all aspects of strategy, sales operations and business development. He was also previously the President/Owner of United Television Systems when it was acquired in 1982 – a record transaction for a healthcare television company at the time. His career is characterized by a desire to win in the marketplace, building great teams and producing stellar growth in all of the areas he managed.
Carnrite received his B.A. and M.B.A. from SUNY University at Buffalo and also carries a 1st Class FCC Electronic Engineering license.
Richard Bootes
Vice President of Product Development
TeleHealth Services
Richard Bootes has over 17 years experience in software engineering. He has an extensive background in design architecture, project management, software production and systems support. His working knowledge of the software life cycle has allowed him to direct the development of several successful large-scale applications. Mr. Bootes has led key development efforts including TIGR Video on Demand, TIGRNet internet-over-the-tv, TRMS revenue management systems, and enterprise-wide performance reporting software. Under his leadership, the Development Team at TeleHealth has completed more than 100 integration projects with hospital ADT, phone switch, and HER systems.
Mr. Bootes joined TeleHealth in 1996 and is responsible for the development, production and support of all of TeleHealth’s TigrVision products. Mr. Bootes received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Florida International University.
Rick Hill
Vice President of Information Technology
TeleHealth Services
Rick Hill, VP of Information Technology for TeleHealth Services, initially worked for Telerent as a consultant for the distribution system conversion. When IT core competency was targeted for development in early 1996, he was recruited to head up the new department. During his time at TeleHealth Services, Mr. Hill has greatly enhanced the IT capabilities of the company. His group has designed and installed a company wide LAN/WAN network, as well as established the e-mail system, implemented EDI capability, and introduced bar coding to warehouse shipping, receiving and physical functions. In January 1998 they introduced the remote sales quote and order system, TeleQuote, to the field sales force. This proprietary system assists in quote preparation with interfaces into equipment item master, customer databases and distribution order entry.
Prior to joining Telerent, Mr. Hill consulted as Project Manager on long-term distribution and design contracts with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Royster-Clark. As Senior Analyst for National Micronetics he led the implementation of an international wide area network and developed a global security system for remote access.
Steve Sholtis
Vice President
TeleHealth Services
Mr. Sholtis has been responsible for sales and operations of TeleHealth’s Communication Systems since 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Sholtis was president and founder of Hospital Communications Systems, Inc., a regional value added reseller of communication products, from 1987 to its acquisition by Telerent Leasing Corporation in 2006. In 1985 he was recruited by The Aviation Group to fill the Director of Operations role in the TeleHealth Services Division of their Telerent Leasing Corporation subsidiary, a position he held to 1987. From 1978 to 1985, Mr. Sholtis was Director of Operations for ACS Enterprises which provided healthcare television services, DBS television service and related hardware. From 1972 to 1978 he first held the position of Technical Support Manager and then the position of Director, Engineering for Wells National Services Corporation, a provider of healthcare television services and systems.
Keenan Hagenburg
Vice President – National Sales Manager
TeleHealth Services
Keenan Hagenburg was promoted to Vice President and National Sales Manager for TeleHealth Services in 2008. Keenan is responsible for managing and supporting the most experienced national sales force in our industry today, and for continuing the growth of our sales in the healthcare market in the U.S. Keenan joined TeleHealth Services in 1996 as a Sales Representative covering the New England states, and was promoted to the corporate leadership team as Regional Vice President – Sales in 1998.
Prior to joining the TeleHealth team, Keenan worked in the healthcare television system business for many years, beginning his career with North American Philips in 1983. He has held a variety of sales and management positions throughout his career. He has held sales and management positions for companies providing television systems and capital equipment to the healthcare industry for the past 25 years.
Keenan graduated cum laude from Boston College, Cum Laude, a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Virginia Hall, SPHR
Vice President of Human Resources
TeleHealth Services
Virginia Hall, VP of Human Resources for TeleHealth Services is responsible for employee relations, regulatory compliance, recruiting, compensation and benefits, and other employee programs. Ms. Hall joined Telerent in 1999, with over eighteen years of human resource management experience in the banking and distribution fields. Before joining the TeleHealth corporate leadership team, she worked for USCO Logistics. She received the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources in 1992 and the Human Resources Professional of the Year award for North Carolina in 1996. She served in a variety of capacities on the North Carolina State Council, as well as for the Area II Board and the Metrics Panel for the Society for Human Resource Management. She graduated from Delta State University with majors in English and Education.
